What Our Commercial Dumpster Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Arizona Dumpster Pros provides the commercial dumpster services described in your accepted quote or separate written agreement. The agreed work may cover delivery, placement, collection, or other specifically listed service.
Your quote should identify the container, service location, timing, and any handling limits. Work not listed including excavation, construction, hazardous-material handling, sorting, permits, or extra trips requires separate approval and may carry additional charges. Do not place prohibited or unapproved waste in a container.
Customers must provide safe access and follow applicable rules. Waste handling is subject to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C.
§ 6901; Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 13; and Arizona Revised Statutes § 49-701. Excavation, if separately agreed, must account for OSHA 29 CFR 1926.651.
Loads must be secured as required by 49 CFR § 392.9. City of Page right-of-way permits may apply to placement in public areas. Applicable requirements may also come from the City of Page, Coconino County, ADEQ, EPA, and OSHA.
Setting, Changing, or Canceling a Service Date
Appointments are arranged with Arizona Dumpster Pros and depend on availability, site access, and the details in your quote. A requested date or arrival window is not confirmed until we accept it.
Please provide accurate placement instructions, access details, and any site restrictions when booking. Tell us promptly if conditions change or the container location is no longer ready.
Contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Any notice period or cancellation charge stated in your quote or written agreement applies; if none is stated, contact us to discuss the request before the scheduled service.
Weather, road conditions, access problems, or other operational issues may require a schedule change. We will communicate a change when practical and arrange a new time with you.
A change to container size, placement, waste type, service frequency, or number of trips may affect the work and charge. We will seek your approval before performing changed work. Unapproved additions are not included in the original scope.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment Approval
A quote is based on the information you provide, including the service location, container needs, waste description, access, and requested schedule. It applies to the work and assumptions stated in that quote; it is not approval for services left out.
If a site visit or further details are needed to confirm the scope, we will explain that before proceeding. The accepted quote or separate written agreement controls the agreed charges and payment timing.
Payment is due as stated in your accepted quote or agreement. If timing is not specified, contact Arizona Dumpster Pros before service to confirm the arrangement.
Charges may change if you request additional work, the waste or site conditions differ from what was described, or access requires a different service plan. We will explain the proposed change and obtain your approval before proceeding with added work. Do not assume an unapproved change is included in the original quote.
Questions about an invoice or charge should be raised promptly using the contact details below. No particular price or payment option is promised unless it appears in your written agreement.
What We Can Stand Behind
Arizona Dumpster Pros will provide the services described in the accepted quote or separate written agreement. These terms do not establish a separate workmanship warranty, a guaranteed result, or a specific coverage period.
If a written agreement sets out a warranty, its stated work, duration, and conditions apply. Ask us to clarify any written warranty before approving the service.
Please tell us promptly if you believe completed work does not match the agreed scope. Include the service date, location, and a clear description so we can review the concern.
We may need a reasonable opportunity to inspect the issue and determine whether it relates to the agreed work. Changes made by others, unsafe or restricted access, inaccurate site or waste information, and work outside the approved scope can affect our ability to address a concern; this does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer or other legal protection that applies to your transaction. Any remedy or coverage beyond the written agreement must be confirmed in writing by Arizona Dumpster Pros.
Responsibility for Site and Service Risks
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona Dumpster Pros is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate information, unsafe access, or customer-directed placement where those factors caused the loss. Customers should identify underground utilities, weak surfaces, overhead hazards, and other known risks before service. Any placement or work near a public right-of-way may require City of Page permits or other approvals; customers are responsible for approvals assigned to them in the written agreement.
Where permitted by law, our liability for a claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot be limited.
Applicable duties may include the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. § 6901; Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 13; Arizona Revised Statutes § 49-701; OSHA 29 CFR 1926.651 when excavation is involved; and 49 CFR § 392.9 for covered vehicle loads. These terms do not replace applicable rules or agency requirements.
Questions About These Terms
For questions about these terms or a scheduled service, contact Arizona Dumpster Pros at (844) 402-2049 or [email protected]. You may also write to The Offices on 6th Ave, 609 E Elm St, Page, AZ 86040.
Include your name, service location, and a brief description of your question so we can direct it appropriately. Do not send sensitive payment information by ordinary email.
These terms describe general service conditions; the accepted quote or a separate written agreement may provide details for a particular job. If a term conflicts with a requirement that cannot legally be waived, that legal requirement controls.
We may update these terms from time to time. For new or existing work, we will communicate applicable updates through our website or directly by email, phone, or written notice as appropriate.
The version that applies to a particular service will depend on the notice provided and any agreement already accepted. Please ask us for clarification before approving work if a term is unclear.
Daniel Mercer
Service Expert at Arizona Dumpster Pros
I started hauling and coordinating job-site waste in the Page area after seeing how missed pickups and poorly planned container deliveries could slow a crew down. Working around northern Arizona taught me to account for long local routes, summer heat and monsoon weather, site access, and the weight limits that matter for concrete and construction debris.
